Disarray

Disarray evokes a moment of overload and confusion. The character is trapped between the inside of the work and the outside space, between digital and physical.

The baroque frame sharpens the tension between old and new, norm and freedom, while the 3D print asserts the contemporary anchoring of the piece.

The work speaks of the disorder inherent to the creative process, the pressure to produce and the relationship to success, while leaving the viewer free to project their own reading of this chaos.
